Trick your friends into thinking their downloading a HD version of normal minecraft texure, build them something out of the TNT and they wont know what it is, be creative :smile.gif:
It's pretty much the first thing I've ever done, leave feed back and maybe a video of you pranking a friend, just get them to download the texture pack after you have built something and then ka-boom! maybe ill improve it to not look so suspicious.
