Hey it's Sockdude! This is my first topic on the forum, so please correct any mistakes I make, and feel free to leave suggestions.
What does this texture pack do?
This texture pack makes use of the Random Mobs mod included in the MCPatcher, and makes it so that you don't have the same texture on one animal all the time. Now you can have different textured mobs! For example, you might find the regular brown with white spots cow, but you might find a plain brown cow, or a white with black spots cow, or you could find an orange chicken, and many more. The purpose of this texture pack is to add some variety to minecraft.
Right now I have: 6 Different Cows 4 Different Chicken 3 Different Sheep 2 Different Squid 4 Different Pigs 3 Different Skeletons
Many more to come!
Download Download Here
I will soon have an ad.fly link up, but for now I'm just sticking with the direct download.
Installation Instructions
1. Download the MCPatcher from Kahr here.
2. Patch Minecraft, and make sure you check the box that says "Random Mobs"
3. Download this texture pack, and move it to your texture pack folder.
4. That's it! Enjoy having some variety in minecraft!
Pictures!
This is just a few of the many different textures you'll find!
wow, that actually surprises me. Mobs are one of the things that people keep requesting on my packs. Anyway, these are good. I like how you kept the style of the default.
Don't get discouraged if people don't comment. :smile.gif:

Thanks 42and19, keeping the default feel was my intention in the pack, to make it look like regular minecraft but with more variety. :wink.gif:
This isn't a mod, so I won't be able to make different creeper skins depending on the biome, but if you have any ideas on what to change the creeper skins into, feel free to post!
-Btw sorry I haven't been updating or posting on this lately, but I'll get working and adding new textures soon!
You might wish to remove the default mod textures from your .zip folder before you put it under adf.ly.
Sorry, but I have to keep the default textures in there or else Random Mobs (the mod) will only select my textures, and I want the vanilla mobs to be in there too, just mixed in with some of mine. I probably won't put up an ad.fly anyway though.
