Edit: I take it back, I think I know how. I powered off the server last weekend so I could take a backup copy of it before I upgraded the operating system. I bet that did it.
Are there not textures for the watermelon vines? I just tried to plant some watermelon seeds but I can't see anything. I used the customzier to set up my own pack and I'm sure I went through every option other than Map and Particle, which didn't want to open up into any kinds of options.
I have one question for ya Thistle. I'm into the old 1.0.0 version of Minecraft, and you seemingly have no downloads for the older versions. I'm not sure if you ever had a version for the 1.0.0, but still, where could I download a version for 1.0.0/1.1/1.2.5? (If you even had versions of the pack for those game versions)

There were a lot of files that were renamed between 1.12.2 and 1.13. I don't remember if banners were among those, but the current version of Wolfhound is not backwards compatible as a result. Now, if you ARE playing on 1.13 and that was just a typo, could you specify whether you're using the default download or a custom version? Thanks!

I would love to make a steampunk themed resource pack. That's on my bucket list of things I want to do. Unfortunately, they've just been adding so many new textures in each release of Minecraft that I'm barely keeping up with my packs as-is. I'm afraid that even if I do find time to make a new pack, I won't be able to maintain them all anymore.
1.14 is due out soon. I am unlikely to be able to release it this week. This is an extremely busy week for me at work and while I've got default very very close to being ready, I just won't have time to package it all up and release it. Look for 1.4 compatible Wolfhound on Sunday.

I know it'd depends on the type as some of more textures than others, but what'd you say the mean average is?

I'd say 20 minutes for a block. The problem with this update is most of the changes are in mobs and those take far, far longer. They completely redid the villagers so that none of my stuff is compatible and I'm having to almost start over. I'm super annoyed with this update.
1.14 is uploaded! It's only on the mediafire download, I'll update the thread tag/curse when they actually add 1.14. Let me know if I missed anything... lots of changes.

I thought I'd tell you though, I ran across a couple of cats when playing and their textures don't seem to be working as intended. At least, they looked very pixel-y so I don't think it was your textures. It was a calico cat and a persian cat, if that helps. Thanks again!

Btw, during play I've noticed one other thing, but it's older than this latest update, and I don't know if it's in your texture pack or in the game itself. When you put a saddle on a grey horse (I've tried it on the plain grey horse, the one with white dots and the one with black dots) a pattern of white "pixels" appear around the saddle. When you stand beside the horse and look at it, it seems as though it's part of the horses skin, but when you're mounted you can see the dots are actually hovering in the air around the tack. (If that makes any sense.) They disappear again as soon as you remove the saddle. Do you think this is part of your pack or should I alert Mojang about it?

That sounds like a 'my pack' problem. I'll take a look. Sometimes transparent pixels get rendered as solid pixels in the game, even if they're nearly invisible in my editor. I can check for them and see if that's the issue.

Try this, just drop the contents into the textures/block folder inside the resource pack.

I normalized all the colors for ALL the packs. All the dyeable blocks should match and I reduced the amount of variation in color between packs.
