Gave it a test on Opera and Edge and everything seems fine.
Although the GUI was vanilla, but if I recall you said you intended that and removed the GUI from the customizer.
Either way, it's working perfectly and all the bus are fixed! Huzzah!

Thank you for letting me know about this! I was able to figure out the problem very quickly from what you described. Basically, it wasn't zipping the file quite right, but I never noticed because I always unzipped my test packs while working on it to check what was inside. I've fixed the problem and deployed a new version of the customizer, so it should all be working now. However, if you don't want to redo your custom pack selections, you can just unzip the one you already have and place the folder inside it in your resourcepacks and that should work. But any new packs you make will work now without being unzipped.

I currently cannot use the Customizer, the categories are not expanding when I click on them.
I use FF 60.0
EDIT: I think it is working now, so nvm.
EDIT/ADD: Also, I don't know if it is because of the resolution of my particular screen (or my eyesight), but unless I zoom the page to 150% [+50% size that is], the images where a bit small to comfortably be able to study their details.
..now to make a pack
I fixed it late last night and then realized I didn't have my login saved on my laptop for the forums, so I figured I'd pop in here in the morning and let you know it was fixed. But you found it first!
Some of the images are scaled down, like the GUI and other large mobs, but the regular blocks and items should be the right size. I want to figure out a better way to display the larger textures at some point.
1.13 is soon going to be in the pre-release phases, meaning that I think all the new items, mobs and textures that are going to come are all here.
I don't know if you have a friend do this list for you or if you do it yourself, but either way to hopefully save you the work I've made a list of every texture that comes with 1.13, at least I believe it's every texture.
I'll spoiler the list to avoid spam.
Entities
14 Tropical fish textures, they get applied randomly to a set of models making thousands of possible fishies, a lot of work but hey, it'll be used for over 2,000 possible tropical fish.
Cod Fish
Salmon
Puffer fish, he has 3 variations when he puffs, it's so derpy and cute.
Conduit, it has 5 textures. Base, Cage, Entity (Some floating orb thing) and 2 Wind textures.
Drowned
Phandom
Turtle
Dolphin

Trident (Inventory item and held item are two different textures)
Phantom membrane
Turtle egg (Item)

Fish in a bucket (4 all in all, Cod fish, Puffer Fish, Salmon and Tropical fish)

Stripped logs (Each 6 types, as you mentioned before you can probably just make one texture and slightly recolor it)
Blue ice (Because normal ice isn't blue enough... *shrug*)
Choral (5 colors, Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink and Purple. You could probably make each of these recolors of eachother, but having some be tube like, some be brain like and others be bush like would be cool, but only if you want to)
Bush choral (Again in each 5 colors)
Fan choral (Once again, in each 5 colors)
Dried kelp block (Looks like packed kelp for storage, like something you'd see in the back of a Chinese restaurant, not something found in the wild)
Sea pickle (Block)
Turtle Egg (Block)
Sea grass (Like regular grass has 1 block tall versions and 2 block tall versions, it's also animated so double tall grass that's animated might be a nightmare... maybe make them non-animated. lol)
Kelp (Stacks like sugar cane, but the top one looks different from the rest, so the bottom texture should repeat vertically for the top and bottom, also it's animated as well, but again, they don't need to be animated)

I know I posted one of these before, but this is a fully finished one.
Also, I know you hate animated textures and this has a few of them... however I think Mojang went a tad too far with the animated textures this time, so I actually think the sea grass and kelp wold look better as non-animated textures.
You're under no obligation to keep making all these, but we do really appreciate it!
If you do end up updating the pack to 1.13 then I hope this will be helpful to it.
Thanks so much for the list! This is super helpful, as always. I've been working on it a bit as the snapshots have progressed, but they keep changing file names around so it's great to have a definitive checklist to work off of. Hopefully at least default Wolfhound will be ready to go when this is officially released.

Or maybe not, since they changed the name of basically everything in the Assets folder, unless you've already renamed those, making this specific blocks can be a pain.

I really like the look of your pack and was pretty happy to see that it's possible to customise it using your web app. It was great I've spent about two hours customising and making sure everything was great and as i wanted, I then pressed "Create" and was greeted with "Internal Server Error". I just took the biggest L I've taken in my life😩

I'm really liking the coral, specifically the fans and bushes.
You did a great job on those.
The sea pickle made me laugh out loud for some reason, you just a great job on that too. lol
It seems TheAuthor else already reported all the bugs though, good for him! lol
I'm really liking the way you've portrayed the things, my only suggestion is maybe make the bubbles have a bit less contrast to the environment.
Maybe make them a bit more of a pale, darker blue or something.
Also, holycow I didn't expect all the seagrass and kelp to be animated!
Great job on that, it actually looks good, I'm not fond of the Vanilla sea grass/kelp so you did a nice job making those look nicer.
All in all, well done!

I actually want to redo the kelp. I think I figured out how to do animations better while doing the seagrass and think I could do better with the kelp.
I don't think I'll be able to get all the other packs done anytime soon. I'm going on a two week vacation, leaving this Saturday, so I'm not going to have enough time. And then I'll be gone for a bit. I'm sad.
So I'm in the last stretch of packing for vacation here and getting the packs updated to 1.13. They're all compatible, but don't have unique textures yet. Because of this, I won't be updating the customizer before I leave. I want to get all the textures done so I only have to do the parsing and upload once. Please be patient. 1.13 released at a poor time for me.
....vacation should be awesome, though. It's been many years since I've taken a decent vacation, thanks to grad school.
The customizer is coming back? Awesome. I have been having to go in and edit the pack i use myself since you stopped updating it. Hope your vacation goes well and I will keep watch for when it updates.

I am probably incredibly late on the uptake, but aaaaaaaaaaaa you added so much green. I fell in love all over again!
The customizer is going down for a little bit here while I do some upgrades and bug fixes.
That downtime was MUCH longer than I anticipated, but it's done now. I changed the url as well, so if you've bookmarked it you'll want to update.
1.13 is uploaded. Let me know if you see any problems, there were a lot of files renamed and other such changes in this release.
And yes the water is unnaturally blue. I don't have a lot of leeway to fix it.

So they added dead coral fans and dead coral bushes for all coral variations, those should be easy as it's just a greyscale of the live texture.
