I don't know how you even make repeatable textures, I'd assume making them repeatable from other sides would make it ten times harder.
At least 32 of the new blocks are basically just recolors of 2 textures.
Making them repeatable from all angles is really, really hard and I generally don't attempt it. Copying their textures, however, and then adding some variation is a lot easier.
Guess who's back. I was using your texture pack for so long I forgot I was useing one. No joke I was watching someone play with vanilla and my thought was "Well that is a bright vibrant pack. Why would someone get one so bright? Wonder what it is called." Took me 20 minutes to go "Oh it is vanilla." Ya I use main as midevil and mix in bits of the rest and what I got from when you had the make a custom pack thing. I like my world to have a darker look. Any way I am back and ready to see the new fun looking toys.
Holy cow! Daaang, those look awesome!
What'd you end up doing that made it easier? Like is there a technique or something... or is it a secret? :3
But in all seriousness, Those look amazing, I'm really hyped for 1.12 to use those!
Also, new "Parrot" mob is 99% confirmed with 4 different variations, in case you care. :3

Oh cool, a parrot sounds fun to texture. I can do that. There's so many varieties of parrot!
And what I did was expand the canvas to 128x128 and work in a single corner and just keep duplicating that out to the rest of the canvas to check the pattern. It won't work for all rotations, but the original terracottas had the same problem too.
I'm sure you have probably "heard" all of this by now, but not from me, so I have to put mine in, too...
I am very impressed by the uniqueness and quality of your texture packs, and am extremely glad you are so into making such extraordinary textures. I have only been playing Minecraft for a couple of weeks, and when I first got the game, of course I had to check out all the texture packs. I saw many great packs, but then found Wolfhound. Couldn't download it fast enough. Then, I got all the others you have done. Now, the only difficult thing in my game is deciding which one to play. I love your subject matter, I love your artistic style, and I love your choice of color schemes. And, uncharacteristically, there isn't one thing in any of them I don't care for. So nicely done, all of them. I really am looking forward to whatever you choose to work on next, and I thank you very much for offering so many outstanding texture packs for my game.
Thank you so much! I'm always happy to hear that other people are using and enjoying these packs. Right now I'm working on the next update. The terracotta is a bit of work.
I see... I can see why that'd be annoying, needing to redo all the textures and stuff. :C
I also notice that due to beds being JSON models that also means all the beds need to have 4 legs that are just square blocks, like the vanilla shape.
Which is sadly limiting.
Unless you get new JSONs, but you seem to like to keep your pack strictly textures.
So we have another new mob in the newest snapshot, might want to check it out.
Thooouuuugghhhh.... it might not be in survival mode, and seeing as your pack is mainly for survival mode you might want to hold off until you know he'll be in it or not.
The illusionist thingy? I saw that one the other day and was debating on it. I've got all the other stuff textured for Wolfhound though! Working on the flavor packs next. I was SUPER sick since Thursday so I pretty much spent my time at the computer wishing I were dead and working on textures.
Hope you feel better now. :U
And yep! I was referring to the Illusioner! Though we're still not sure it's meant for survival mode, rumor has it that it's just for map makers, buuut at this point in time it's too early to tell. X3
You always could just throw the priest texture one it if you want to wait to find out if they are for survival mode or not before you go texturing anything.
Also, you got all the glazed terracotta textured?! Dang, that was fast! lol
Awesome job. :3
I think you all should know that I am actively working on a new customizer and I almost lost all of the code yesterday when another project - for work - went horribly horribly wrong and proceeded to delete everything in my project directory that hadn't been touched for five days.
Anyway. I'm uploading the nascent customizer into my personal source control space at work. JUST IN CASE.

Ooh that sounds interesting, what is it?
Also, thanks for this awesome resource pack! Lots of amazing textures that look great together! Not to mention how hard you work on constantly updating it! Keep up the amazing work!

That actually looks really nice, and the similarities to each other might make them easier to use with different colors.

So the newest snapshot is out, so you can test out parrots if you want, plus there's a ton of new UI content just to mess around with.

Curse PremiumThank you so much! I'm always happy to hear that other people are using and enjoying these packs. Right now I'm working on the next update. The terracotta is a bit of work.
So it seems that there are five variations of parrots.
And beds are now dyeable all 16 color variations, so you should have fun with those.
Just heads up. :3

Curse PremiumI'm really excited about the beds. That's always something I've wanted to do and recolors are easy.
Edit: Nope, they changed the model, no longer excited. I have to redo everything.
Hmm? What do you mean?
Can't you just find the original textures like you usually do?
What exactly is the issue? :v
