Okay, so I was looking through the different languages just for fun....
And I ended up finding Klingon, Quenya(One of Tolkiens Elvish dialects) and LOLCAT for languages....
These were all funny/cool and I'd suggest checking them out if you're bored but the one thing in it gave me an idea.
The LOLCAT language called "End Rods" "Unikorn horn" (Even miss spelled it like that too!)
That made me think, you could make End rods in some pack of another look like a decorative Unicorn horn sort of a thing!
I dunno, maybe for the fairy pack but.... Yeah.
That is all. :3
If you mean darker in color, well the fairy pack is already quite dark.
If you mean new textures and such well that's a large favor to ask, though it's up to Thistle weather she wants to or not.
Though I'd just suggest mixing and matching your favorite textures instead of trying to get a full new pack made.
Those take a lot of time and stuff, haha.
So, I was messing with underwater glass tunnels because that's cool and I came across something odd.
So, instead of the sides of the glass having the flowing water texture that we all hated it was a nice smooth blue!
I had remembered hearing this from the 1.9 update.... But it seems that it's an water_overlay texture.
Most resource packs don't seem to know of this and keep forgetting to do it, resulting in this.
I just copied your still water image and MCMETA and renamed them the water_overlay thing and it looked fine enough, so you probably don't have to make a whole new texture.
Though if you want to make it a bit less visible for ease of looking out windows then you could, but I seem to recall in an older post you said you didn't enjoy underwater building.

Hmmm, let me try that out. You're absolutely right I don't enjoy underwater building, so this is a texture I almost never see.

I recommend it being more muted/washed out for the overlay, see how that works for you.
(On a side note: I haven't forgotten about Wolfhound, I've just been sidetracked quite a bit. I still need to find a decent modeling program since no one's heard from opl regarding his, since I used that for 1.8 models. There's too much changed between versions to convert by hand alone.)
I use Mr Crayfish's model maker for models and it seems to work quite well, I even can get diagonal items and such.
It's quite powerful, the only issue is that it's a bit less user friendly and it's made for 1.8, so you have to add "parent": "block/block", at the very top of the file to get it to work.
It's a bit complected, but once you understand how to bump it to 1.9 it's fairly easy.
But trust me, it's a good deal better, more powerful (And harder!) than OPL's model maker.
I've made some pretty fun stuff with it!
The best part is the models can be made up to 64X model pixel thingy wise, so it's prefect for Wolfhound.

I did some messing around for it in that, and I noticed an obvious error in it. Specifically, it does not allow for 64x model/textures correctly. To clarify, the basic default textures are 16x; double that and it's an even division of 0.5 increments for 32x. But the editor doesn't allow for further divisions for 64x; it requires increments of 0.25 to properly sync up with the textures. The editor can only make 0.1 increments. This is why I liked OPL's editor--he knew about this and coded his grid increments this way.
Fortunately, Crayfish keeps a Github code repository for the editor, so I can look at the Java code and see how I can add that functionality in. It'll probably be like "hold Ctrl for quarter increments" or some such.
Oh, so it can't do 64x stuff?
Sorry for giving out the misinformation then!
I thought you could just type the 0.25 stuff in instead of clicking the arrows?
Well, I'm guessing you tried that, so if you do manage to upgrade it I'm sure he'd love to know that way he can upgrade the official one.
I think you can make entity models sense 1.9 or 1.10, but I'm not sure if the crayfish model creator can do it.
Also, I think you can use billboards in a model creator for the iron fences if you want to fix that issue that 1.9 brought in with the poles looking like floating toenail clippers.
That way Thistle wouldn't have to change the texture, because I really like the iron fences in all the packs.
I used Netherwart blocks to look like meat in my butchery.
*Stares into the eyeball in my meat* My world is now 20% grosser.... I love it! :3
I notice the Red Nether brick seems similar to your older texture from when it used to have gold embroidery.
I always liked it but thought it was a bit gaudy, putting it on a decorative block like the Red Nether brick instead was a clever idea.
The husks are creepy and good, I especially like the Strays though, anything to do with snow and stuff I <3.
I also noticed you tweaked the fire partical to be a bit less red and a bit more golden, it looks a whole lot better for candles now.
Also, I love how you still animated the magma blocks.
Once again, you've done an amazing update.
I see no issues with any of the textures, so good job!

Oh shoot, you know why it's golden? I accidentally used the heavenly template for the particles. But now I'm not sure if I should change it back.
So, I've been playing around with a lot of stuff from 1.9, I'm still staggered that 1.10 came out already, haha.
N'ways, Do you have any plans on texturing the structure block?
To be honest, I don't see any point to do so, but maybe you'd want to?
I dunno, you seem to enjoy the gameplay more than the command derps, so again, I see no point to do so.
Also any plans on redoing the pointer thingy?
I know you already have a derp ton of textures to do, so sorry if I seem like I'm expecting too much. X3
I just like pointing things out to help, this pack is probably my all time favorite and I'd love to do anything to help out, but if I ever go too far feel free to tell me to go derp myself. OωO
Hey, I just had an idea.
The husks are like Zombies, but they only are in deserts, in some pack or another you totally could make them mummies!
I mean, a mummy is classic.

Please make a dark version of the fairy pack. Kinda a combo of dungeon and fairy!

Are there still plans for wolfhound steampunk?

Curse PremiumI don't know. It's in the back of my head, but I'm trying to get the current packs more polished first.

Curse PremiumAll the packs have been updated with the water overlay. Also, the Asian pack has a new clock and the Fantasy pack has purplish lava/water.
My underwater base looks so much better now! <3
And the purple lava is awesome!
Lovely changes!
[EDIT]: Soooo.... 1.10 just came out....
That was crazy fast. o_O
Friendship is magic!
Oh yeah. Fastest release AFAIK, although this is pretty much a content update; hardly any changes to the internal structure aside from bugfixes.
