Just wanted to say that I adore Wolfhound. Have downloaded 5 versions so far - heavenly, fairy, dungeon, asian and one customised. I'm relatively new to Minecraft, been addicted for about 4 months I think, but only just started trying out texture packs. Glimmar's was my first love, but now I've discovered Wolfhound I can see me coming back for more customised packs
Thank you for all the work and the varied packs, great stuff.
Thank you, I'm so glad to hear you like the packs! I'll keep making 'em.
Their creepy faces keep poking through the wall in my mine shaft because there's a spider spawner on the other side. I'm scared to go in because I'm playing on Hardcore and they don't look sociable ._.

Break one block, toss some candles in, kill the spiders. Rinse and repeat until there's enough light that they can't spawn. So long as the opening isn't two wide, they can't get at you. *is a wuss at fighting spiders and does this whenever she has to clear out a spawner*
Been working on some wood planks and dirt for the fantasy flavor. It's all shiny and purple and I think I kinda like it. When I get more textures done I'll upload it.
Absolutely beautiful on all versions. One suggestion I have is to add a font to the texture pack. Its so beautiful in all of its entirety but its painful to play with default font. Please add some easy to read font

Okay. I need opinions. I'm thinking of turning this into a painting, but I'm not sure which size. Tall? Large square? Medium square? What would you guys like to see?
Definitely make it a little smaller. Unless one is working on a huge palace or similar big project, large paintings in general seem to have fewer practical applications in an average minecraft house. For when large paintings fit, my personal opinion would be for an epic landscape or a scene with multiple characters rather than a portrait of an individual character, like something you'd see mounted over a fireplace in an opulent manor.
Seriously though, if i had a real mansion, I'd be honored to pay hang your work on the walls; don't think for a second that your fans don't appreciate the fact you give us your effort for free, and I'm yet again impressed by the diverse and high-quality options in this pack. If work or any kind of life stress demotivate you as you say, remember that many people would have given up minecraft completely if there didn't exist people like you to reboot the otherwise bland appearance of the vanilla game. When you inevitably become well-known for your talent, remember that immersing people in a fantastic fantasy world, as with any art, has a real affect on other people's ability to imagine and wonder. That kind of fact motivates me when I write, and hopefully you can feel the same when the various miseries of life try to bring you down.
As for the wip steampunk screenshots you posted a while ago, I'll save my harsh yet hopefully constructive criticism for a time when im less exhausted XD Just keep up the good work in general!
PS: random suggestion I figure I'd bring up before i completely pass out for the night and forget forever: Mud brick for sandstone?

You make an excellent point on the portrait. That's an angle I didn't even consider.
And thank you for your kind words, warms my cold, evil little heart. And yeah, I'd appreciate some feedback on the steampunk one. I'm wanting to do a 'belly of the machine' kind of feel for the entire world, but the textures are just... so stinking busy I'm starting to wonder if I just need to scrap them and start over, although I don't know which direction to go in starting over yet.
Mud brick is in my to-do list. Not sandstone though, real brick. For the prehistoric set, I think.
Great Texture pack! I absolutely love the feel to it :D. There's one thing I don't really like about it though - Strings. They're way to bright for this TP. Especially considering that the inventory background is bright, the string should be darker so they don't clash. Other than that, I haven't noticed any obvious issues, well done!
I am so bored tonight. So so so bored. But my wrist is bothering me too much to work on textures or play Minecraft, and I really can't play Borderlands 2 like this (which is driving me up a wall). I'm tired of trying to putz around with Ruby, I've watched the Minecraft Monday show, and I don't feel like watching Netflix.
Maybe I'll attempt to play Minecraft with this brace on...
-Downloads pack-
-Plays it-
-Panics, replaces spider textures with something less scary-
Is it the fangs? It's gotta be the fangs. I made it a nice light color to make it easy to see, but I had a spider with a skeleton rider jump at me last night and I almost screamed. Maybe I'll make a less scary spider face tonight.
It seems people find my spiders scary. I can't imagine why. Here's the original:
However, I do listen to the opinions of others, so I've attempted to make something a bit less scary. I thought that maybe the spiders were too bright, that maybe if they were darker the fangs would be harder to see and not as intimidating.
Ehhhh... maybe if I shrunk the fangs down to something smaller?
I don't think that's working either. Maybe if it looked happy?
I - I... I don't think I'm very good at this.
Eh, it'll have to do.
