Want to change the biome shading to like a "dark, autumny" feel, but I don'k know what files affect that the biome shading. Any links to tutorials through minecraftforums would be nice.
Or unless perhaps someone wants to make a dark, autumny feel biome color for me, you may post it below, just tell me where to put it >.<
You need mcpatcher, there are tutorials on how to use the custom colors mod but it's kinda difficult. It also lets you change the redstone glow color, light colors, and it lets you shade any block depending on the biome. It also comes with other things like multiple mob skin support, and bettergrass. Try it out!

What if i wanted to make my own custom pine and birch leaves color, so not all leaves are the same color everywhere? Kinda like yours :/
