Hey guys bart here and I'm new ti creating texturepacks. My first texturepack is done and will be upgraded along the way so that everything is retextured, I,ve currently retextured swords, tools and the glass here are some images of my work below.
I do hope that some of yous that are reading this will hopefully download the texture and give me some feeback and surrport on my work. I'm new to this so please don't expect it to be WOW and all cause I'm only just starting to get used to these pixels and deisgning effects :laugh.gif:
The Download link is located at the bottom of this thread
I'm also looking for 2 testers for my texturepack/s. Leave a message below if you would like to be one.
The next pack will be the the exact same one but with some more stuff retextured. Possibly food, some terrain blocks, And if I can, maybe armor aswell.
Instead of just recoloring the default texture, why not try deleting the specific texture and make it from scratch? I think it'll turn out much better.

Could you please explain that in a easier way coz I dont really know where your coming from sorry lol, and the reason it looks more like colour is becoz im using gimp I tried paint.net and yea something went bad when I tried to open it. If you could send me something else thats free and gives off a more realistic look or HD look would really help me thankx.

Well what I'm trying to say is that instead of taking a texture (like the iron sword for example) and just change the colors of it, try taking a specific texture like the wooden picaxe, and delete it so there Is no more default picaxe. Then try re making the wooden picaxe from scratch. It doesn't really matter about the photo editor if you want to make an HD texture pack. I use gimp and imo I think it's better than paint.net. Gimp can be used to make some pretty decent packs! I hope I helped :biggrin.gif:

Well you don't have to paint it white but that's basicly what I'm saying, yes. What wood are you trying to texture? Any gray color would work well for the stone also.
