Stopped by just to say what a great pack this is. Everyone uses packs for different reasons, but if you are looking for a very original feel this is a great selection. Awesome work.

I don't usually use texture packs, in fact this is my first time even coming to these forums or anything related. I saw the pack on a video and decided if it was easy to install I would check it out, because I'm not looking for an overhaul of the game but liked the stuff that was changed like the pumpkin facelol
was a great option for my first texturepack gotta start somewhere right =)

Also, had some people mention to me that they wish you smoothed out the water like you did with the ice. I assume this is probably a bit harder, but agree that the water in the game is something that is well done in a pack it makes a HUGE difference.
Perhaps something to look towards if you continue to develop the textures =)

I think I remember posting on this thread before on how much I liked the texture pack but I really love this version of Improved Default texture packs (There is also another one so basiclly I have two) But this IS really a improved default not like the others one where it just changes glass and dirt And that is why im using this texture pack for now

I think the problem with that, would be, the water texture will look stagnant unless you use MCPatcher.
Would be very nice though, maybe an alternate version for those MCPatcher users.

There are alot of wanna-bes.
I think theres only 1 other texture pack that improves the default, that i consider to be any good.

I really like this texture pack! It cleans up so many of the uglier parts of vanilla minecraft textures, but it also adds a little character of its own without making me say "Now what is this item again?" and having to mouse over it to find out. Great work! Can't wait for Minecraft 1.4 and the subsequent updating of this pack!

Sorry for the inconvenience. :/

So.. I kind of got carried away in tweaking your texture pack and ended up starting to make my own texture pack that changes lots of things (not just tweaks, full on changes). However, some of the things you did, like the smoother planks, I really like and want to keep so can I have permission to use some of your textures in my offshoot? I'd call it fair trade for the weapon sprites I gave you.
