1.2: Updated to 1.2.3
1.2.1 Updated to 1.2.4. Started overhaul of GUI. About 75% complete so far, so things may look messed up at the moment.
1.2.2: A kind of major update. No further updates to GUI (yet!). Updated to 12w21a (and the overdue 12w19a). This includes the Editable Books, the Emerald, the Ender Chest, and a green Emerald Ore (instead of the mistaken red emerald ore). There is also a new Gravel, Sugarcane and Glowstone texture. There is also a very minor Sand bugfix.
1.2.3: Updated for 12w21b. New Gravel texture.
1.2.4: Updated for 12w23b. New Wheat texture ((finally!) Might change depending on feedback). More work done on GUI.
1.3: Finished GUI finally! This should now be complete, if anyone finds anything incomplete please let me know! Also: Fixed Iron Golem texture not appearing correct, did a char.png and villager.png as requested.
1.3.1: Corrected a small bug in the furnace GUI.
1.4: Paintings! Let me know what you think of them, it did take a while! I used the wiki page to see what they actually were, because to be honest to me some just looked like a load of pixels..... One was supposed to be two men greeting but I had no idea how to simplify that so I just changed that to say Cartoonism. My aim with them was to simplify them and make them match/blend in with the theme of the pack. Please please please leave feedback below, even if it's just saying good. If you say bad please tell me why..... I know some look rubbish but it really isn't as easy as it looks....! Also I have updated it for 12w32a. I have left the beacon GUI as the default because I haven't had time and also they have said it is strictly WIP so it could change. Sorry for my essay that probably no one will read.
1.4.1: Fixed zombie texture, did beacon GUI
1.4.2: Updated to 12w34a/b.... Some textures are just place holders in case they change at all, once I know they'll stay like that I will redo them
1.4.3: Made the latest textures etc work with 1.3.2 as well as 12w36a. Updated for 12w36a. Added support for the new painting (I don't think it's obtainable yet anyway). Did a wither/wither skeleton texture. Added support for everything else, and redid Golden carrot texture to be like vanilla 12w36a. As far as I know the 1.3.2 version should work fine, if anything is mucked up please tell me! Also, completely changed Redstone and slightly changed the top of TNT and finally a bedrock texture.
1.5: Updated for 12w40b. Merged Normal version with "Experimental" version. Some people may hate what I'm about to say, and I'm still not sure on it but anyway: Cobblestone texture very slightly altered. Mossy Cobble now uses the same texture as normal cobble, but with moss instead of cracks. Same for Stone Bricks and Mossy Stone Bricks. Netherrack, Soul Sand and Glowstone now all have the same texture base. Slightly altered both Pistons, Workbench, the lines in Wooden Planks, Gravel, Spider Eyes, Melon, Jukebox and maybe, or maybe not, some others but I really can't remember..... Please tell me what you think of it.

Lol ok.... It is a really simple pack and meant to be cartoony..... tbh if I do add detail I will probably end up just making a new Texture pack. I want to keep this as it is.
Thank you — I really like this texture pack; but why has the character skin ('Steve'/ 'char.png' (and also 'villager.png' even though it's not used)) been left as the default? I really think it would be good to keep it in the same style as the rest of the pack.
I have just finished updating the pack, I have finally fixed the GUI! Sorry it took so long, please read the changelog for more info. Again, if you find anything wrong or want me to change something please tell me!
Also, to imnumberfour I will keep the colours the same as I just wanted a more simple/cartoony version of the default textures

Voted 3/5. I made a slight change to it that made it instantly better imho. I added a 10% darker 1px border around the Stone, Sandstone-top and Clay textures which are otherwise completely uniform (skipped Snow on purpose). This way I can see and count individual blocks again.
Edit: I forgot to change grass which is still uniform.

Thanks for that, I have uploaded an experimental version which I may implement depending on feedback. My only fear is that people will start saying that it looks like the OCD pack.... But anyway, its at the bottom of the main post now. I have done Mycelium, Grass, Dirt, Stone and Sandstone.

That is no excuse for lack of shadingor detail. Look at my pack Bluebird (Not trying to advertise.), It is simple and cartoony, but it has shading, detail, and original colors, which makes it so many people will chose it over packs like this one.

This is only meant to be a very basic/simple pack..... But I see what you mean.... Is there anywhere in particular?
