It looks like a simple texture pack ... oh god a simple pack *pukes*.
You could have at least given a shot to make it look more interesting and worth for download .. if it's another simple pack like yours it doesn't stand out from any other simple pack. You basically used the fill bucket for noisy areas or something like that. I hope my eyes don't deceive me.
I'm at least trying to update as often as I can to make more custom things. I mean, you can say what needs more detail and not anyway. You can suggest what needs to be changed or not and how.
Plus, I do straight on pencil. If I do a single fill bucket, the entire thing goes to every other block.
Maybe a suggestion could help out so I can change what is needed to change.
