Did you get permission from the original creators of the pack?
In his post the creator said : Note on usage and distribution of this pack: Our work will always be open to the public. Permission is given to anyone and their mother to use our pack, remix our pack, and do whatever makes your little hearts sing with our pack. The only thing you may NOT do is use adfly or any profit gaining methods with our textures. All we ask in return is proper credit given. I think he was asking wether you got permission to use the mobs and the items from the other packs.
So the author of the Dieluter's Texture Pack said " Ich habe kein Problem damit wenn jemand von mir Texturen verwendet, aber ich bitte darum dass dann per Link oder Erwähnung darauf hingewiesen wird. ===> I did it.
And the author of the JJJas0n's FancyCraft texture pack said " Please don't redistribute my artwork in your own texture packs without permission! I do not support texturepacks that are just plain remixes. To call a pack your own you need to put in majority of the work that you've created yourself." I asked to him and I wait the answer.

Yeah I will delete him pending his response .And how do you find this texture pack ?
But i like the idea. Swiss Rustic is my favorite pack (since woocraft is abandonned) and i would like to see a light version of it.
