Welcome to little craft! Basicly we have taken the minecraft default textures, and put them in smaller sizes (below 16X). We have made an 8X, 4X, 2X, and creepily the 1X. So dont forget to download them, and check them out!
Beauty
to some "people" these texture packs are very "beautiful", and "elegant" "wink wink". But we will leave that up to you!
Due to popular demand, we have been pushed to drop the pack from 8, to 4, to 2, and now 1. We are very very sorry, but it is impossible to do such a thing. Besides our brains cant grasp the concept, and neither can our processors! So we have led down to this. Black and white!
I mean that every body and i mean EVERYBODY always makes a simple pack and then makes a new thread for it, burying the 32x or the 64x packs, we need one thread for them.
512x is the highest most computers can handle. Anything higher will crash Minecraft, no matter the quality of the ocmputer. I think Minecraft can handle up to 700x or something. I do not know for sure.

The higheswt resolution that Minecraft can run is 768x. There are reports of some computers being able to run a 768x texture pack playably with the use of Optifine.
The lowest resolution is 0.0625x. Why? Because a 0.0625x texture pack requires the entire terrain.png to be 1x1.

But for practical reasons, it doesn't work because everything would be the same color.
Pics or it didn't happen.I'm sure it's:
1) A virus.
2) the 16x terrain.png but made to LOOK like 1x 2x 4x etc.
EDIT: I downloaded through safe mode. It's legit. Tried the 1x. I... words cannot explain.

Curse PremiumAnyone could do it and it doesn't end up looking very good because it is a simple scale down without any work being put into it =(
yes i know but someone has to do is, it also can help laggy comps
The thing is many people are doing this now.
These're Actually Pretty Cool!
There's a difference between a simple pack and a low-res pack, my good sir.

Oh.... sorry, You know what I mean.
(What's the highest resolution anyway?)

Net_Bastard's Epic Low-res! As much awesomeness that you can cram into a 5x5 texture pack, and then some!
