I have chosen to discontinue this pack as I feel I do not have the ability to create textures of this quality. I managed to get this far on a wave of modified textures and desaturated pixels. If anybody feels the desire to continue this pack, feel free to do so. If not, well, this can rot in the fiery hell of locked threads.
If you want to use any of my textures for your texture pack, well, go ahead. I won't stop you. (unless you do something really disgusting with them.)
Sorry, fans - assuming I ever had any. The pack shall never be Dokumplete.
Credit goes to Doku for the original textures provided, and partial credit for the textures I created based off of them.
Some content such as End Stone is completely by me.
DOKUMPLETION
1000 DOWNLOADS! THANKS FOR SUPPORTING THIS PACK!
R.I.P EDD GOULD - 1988-2012
1.5 RELEASED! I've added/improved:
* Full 1.2.4 compatibility! Wood and sandstone are done and look gooood!
* What? Mobs? Yes! Zombies, skeletons and some villagers are all on the list!
So here's the story. I, as an early alpha player, knew well of Doku's RPG and from the day it stopped being produced it was my favourite texture pack. About a year ago, I discovered Jadoku and my hopes of once again living in Doku's dream world were refreshed. However, it was difficult for me to find textures I was truly happy with using. So I decided to try and complete Doku's RPG myself. I hope you like what I've done.
Oh, by the way, the Customiser will always contain the most up-to-date textures.

Thanks to the amazing Jamie19ization for this video!
I won't use adf.ly because I shouldn't profit off of Doku's work. I submit this purely for the enjoyment of others.
Sure. I modified:
* Red flower
* Yellow flower
* Grass, obviously
* I created all the natural flora textures out of the red flower, yellow flower and sapling.
* All the wool textures are recoloured from the white one.
* I created the dispenser out of the furnace.
* The glowstone and lapis block are created out of the diamond block texture.
* I made half of the furnace top. The lower half.
* I modified the grass into mycelium.
* I created the piston out of the furnace top and the piston top and side from DokuCraft.
* I blurred and noised the sand into sandstone.
* I made the rail attachments out of DokuCraft ones.
* Some of the top stone slab went into the End Portal.
* I modified the original iron block sides into the Cauldron.
* I made the enchantment table out of the crafting table, obsidian and diamond block.
* I made the trapdoor out of the door.
* I made iron bars out of the iron door.
* I created the glass pane sides out of the glass.
That's it, I think.
It might be me, but this doesn't feel like Doku's RPG either.
There are a few textures from DokuCraft, and they don't fit IMO. DokuCraft is more detailed than Doku's RPG, and the two don't exactly look that great mixed together.
Not to mention, a lot of the textures are still default texture placeholders. You should've waited until you finished those to post this.
Aside from that though, some textures that you seem to have done yourself don't really have much effort put into them (Pine/birch logs, endstone, sandstone, etc.).
It's definitely a lot better than a few of the Doku's RPG/GeruDoku remixes/fan updates, but it still needs a lot of work.

By the end I aim to have fully doku-themed non-DokuCraft nice-looking textures. I appreciate that you think it's better than some of the other remixes/fan updates, though.
I did mention in the OP I'm not a particularly good texture artist, I'm just driven by my love of Doku's RPG.
wait... why is the download file 305 KB, while my doku saga continues txp is 2.73 MB?
Because Doku Saga continues include textures that support mods such as the aether, equivalent exchange, and etc.

They say the creepers were once a proud nation of people whos tradition was to hug people as a greeting. unfortunately, nuclear waste destroyed them and made their skin a green and whitish colour. it also took away their arms. then forever they have been trying to greet people, but as they have no arms, they are unable to hug people. the anger caused by this mixed with nucleur waste integrated into them causes them to explode. the creepers are perhaps the most misunderstood beings ever.
I would just like to say my main priority is finishing the terrain.png. As soon as I have done that I will begin the items.png. All the GUI is currently finished so the last thing to be done will probably be kz.png.
Dokucraft is more detailed, and Dokucraft requires TONS of skills to make, And no matter how you put it, Dokucraft is the superior pack, But the classic Doku's RPG pack and Gerudoku remixes have this certain feel to them that just make them....you know better.
Oh and great job on this remix btw. It has the true classic Doku's RPG feel, you know that good old brownish tint. Nice job :smile.gif:

It's not a remix. It's a continuation. I'm creating new textures from the old ones Doku made. And thanks. :biggrin.gif:
Hey, if you want to, feel free to use the mossy/cracked stone brick from my GeruDoku fan update. They're the brick from Doku's RPG, so it'll still fit this pack.

Also, I'd appreciate it if you didn't steal my textures, that'd be awesome.
And if you think I spelled words like 'customiser' and 'flavour' wrong, it's because I'm English. We spell words with U and S.

There's yet more to come!
Try downloading and zooming in. There's a rough sandy texture that looks fine in game but doesn't like being displayed pixel-by-pixel.

There are pics! Unless I accidentally removed them when editing the OP.
Whoops...

Because they're completely different texture packs, maybe?
