I don't get this CTM stuff. How does it exactly work? I mean, how do you apply it?

^I recomend MC patcher for CTM, as it's CTM abilities are better than those of Optifine.

With the recent edit of my enderchest from J_1, I went ahead and altered my original design.

I changed the ender eye within the chest to fit our texture pack, and I also added the enchanting table design to the top of the chest for aesthetics. Tell me what you think!

What it does is connects to or more blocks that are beside each other that are the same block with one texture, provides randomized things (EX: wildgrass), and can also make different textures for certain types of things (EX: the sugarcane that someone posted a couple pages back). I meant, how do you het the CTM images in?

This is something I'm curious about aswell, do the images need to be placed in a certain row/column/slot depending on the item etc? or is anywhere fine so long as they don't clip into a different 64x64?

I believe the images can be placed anywhere, but the property files must be written to allow their placement in that spot.

Since this board doesn't want to use image tags with puush, here's the link. The gui is out of scale. Which has been said a lot before, but never fixed

Did you use the beta download from the Customizer?

Is that really what did it?

Possibly. I had some weird image scaling problems when first trying the beta download. Using the normal download should work.

Can someone please give a tutorial on how to write the CTM property files? It'd be much appreciated. Thanks

Just a quick note, the creative menu texture is not displaying properly in any of the new snapshots, and i know why. (this is just with the MCPatcher, not sure bout optifine) with the newer version of the MCPatcher, the old allitems.png needs to be named allitemsx.png (< 12w22a) and for any new snapshots, it needs to use the creative menu that isubmited a while back, with the new allitems.png, and the three other .pngs (search.png survival_inv.png and list_items.png) need to go in a sub folder in the GUI folder named "creative_inv" . again, im not sure if this is needed for optifine, but we may need to have two diffrent versions of the defult zip ofr the MCPatcher and optifine if its not the same. just wanted to bring this to attention!

So the download isn't 1.3 ready. We'll get a new zip ready for that soon.
Updated images that we still need to be done list.

Pythros, could you make an alternatives folder within the texturepack download with other textures possibly NOT on the customizer but in the vault?

You mean like another zipped flavor to download?

Yes, but something like you see in other texturepacks, where included in the pack is an alternatives folder filled with various files containing alternatives which you can just copy and paste into the terrain or items .png.

Oh, you mean within the texture packs alone. Gotcha. I'll take a look at that later. It will be quite large so I'll have it as a separate download.
