Haha, yeah, mine could be a little wider, and the style of Ovo's Rustic isn't exactly THE BEST for this type of banner, hehe. Figures though, I only spent like, 10, minutes on it. lol
Can't wait until there is a default zip set up for this set. It's by far been my favorite texture pack lately and I've been getting a headache cutting/pasting all the textures together manually.
I've started working on Redpower Machines, and the alloy furnace. It's going okay so far, but there's a lot to do. I'm trying not to think about the 4 billion logic gates...
I'd like to get RP finished because it's the one mod I can't live without!
Ovo, that link you posted about pixel art a page or two back is brilliant. It's been very helpful/inspirational.
Surprised to see that Ovo's texture pack is still alive thanks to his fans all these months later. I'll download the 1.2.5 current release pack. I still carry Ovo's banner in my sig. My pleasure, Qwizzy! It's only been a year and four months that I've started this pack you know, but it's a nice achievement for me if you already have some kind of nostalgia for it.
I also need to give a big thank to Ovo and the community.
The community: For making and keeping this texture pack alive. If I could make textures, I would contribute myself.
To Ovo: I don't use texture packs. I find the Vanilla one to fit Minecraft really nicely. But when I found Ovo's Pack I was amazed. Your rustic style simply can't be replaced. I searched over the forums and there are a few texture packs that look like Ovo's. But all they do, is remind me how epic Ovo's pack looks. You managed to make a texture pack that I will always enjoy, even though I really like the Vanilla texture pack. Thank you.
Just noticed the pack still has vanilla dye textures. I'm not skilled enough to make them (but its the summer holidays here so I'll try) so I thought I'd point it out
i believe there are dye textures in the image vault if you wanna take a look at those
Just thought I'd post these creeper alts I made. If they can be added great, if not, that's fine, as all I did was recolor the creeper skin :s

I was thinking, in the customizer, there's the snowy stone brick, that got me thinking, maybe it'd be possible to slightly edit some blocks and make a winter version of this pack?

what i think would be interesting is if some how with CTM we had it so that in different biomes there would be different textures for blocks, so in the desert they would have sand on them, and in the snow biomes they'd have snow on them.
Vader, that'd be pretty awesome. I'm sure there's some way in code that we could, as anything is possible with code. Speaking of CTM, how do I use the randomgrass? I've tried adding it to my Ovo's Rustic folder, but it won't work.

Not at all! It's great you want to. Inspiration is good. Although here, more like the wanting to do something. Go for it! No doubt it'll look nice.
