I've published v2.0 on planetminecraft.com, this time with proper credits. If I forgot anyone, please tell me!
It contains the items I made since 1.9 plus a bunch of textures from many of you, thanks a ton!
In other news, thanks to the work I've done on this pack, I will be hired (if all goes well) to do the graphics for Cult, an upcoming indie sandbox over-ambitious RPG. Yepee! It's gonna be a bit like minecraft in 2D with procedural (random) storytelling and creatures.
It tried your clouds but I still prefer the default blocky white ones, sorry. It will be added to the customizer though.
What I didn't like was that they covered almost all the sky with an homogeneous grey, it looked rather strange, especially with the sunny day lighting.
OutrageousMac, I would have added them but there are floating pixels that need to be fixed (side of nose and bottom of body), and too much blur indeed.

Is there a way to fix the floating pixels on the nose? I know that they can be an issue if you leave the nose blank like I did.
Yes, that is what i did. It must be something with HD packs, lately, I see floating pixels usually on NPCs without the ugly noses, and on mooshrooms where their mushrooms are. Its probably just some error that'll hopefully be patched soon.
Nah, it's due to the blur added when resizing, it made the head bottom texture spread a little over the nose side.
If your app has this option, you should choose "no algorithm" when resizing, so that it won't do that bluring.
NB: My textures are NOT pixel art. It's close to, but I don't have pixel precision everywhere. I find myself working at pixel level very often but most of the time I'm splashing pixel soup with a soft brush.

Oh lordy! Those instructions took me way WAY back to when I used to redo game sprites for avatars. I used to get soooo cross-eyed.

Thats some useful stuff, i going to have to remember that next time i do an edit

Those guides are genius. BTW, I use Gimp, what app do you use Ovo? I resized these using the, "Scale image" option. Is this the correct way to resize images?
OutrageousMac, I use Gimp too. The Scale Image option is the right way to go, but in the window that opens up, you have to choose None for Interpolation (hopefully this is the correct translation).

i think they need to be touched up quite a bit before there added, cause there quite blurry in game

My guess would be to semi flatten the image or someting like that

Btw, I've found some very good guides on pixel art, it might interest some of you:

[Cult:AOO "ad" removed, feeling bad about it...]
*pats Ovo on the head and gives him a cookie*
Your cookie is (still) fantastic, by the way!
You're not the only one who says that. Some weird blue colored creature keeps rummaging through my house for them!
Have you seen him?
