This (unfinished!) would be the second stage of growth; trying to mimic the style of some of the old wild grass textures Ovo did (with some influence from Misa's rather delightfully grotesque Nether Wart as well, particularly in the colors used.) In the final stage, the bulb (is that the right term?) would open, revealing some sort of seed pod thingy inside, which is what you would collect for potion-making or replanting.
EDIT: Oh wow, I messed up. Forgot that the Nether Wart model used the texture four times in a square formation, rather than two times in a cross formation (like the flowers.) I'll have to change it up a bit, probably add a second plant beside it.
Woot, that is awesome! I really like your style Gl0u0m. Thus far I'm only using textures from you and Azon_PL, because I don't find the others fitting enough with the rest of Ovo's textures.
Wow. Nice texture of the leather armor :biggrin.gif:
BTW, I have created a video review about this texture pack. It is the first video in my "Texture Pack Trailers" review series. If you want to put it on the original post, that's fine. But, just a suggestion :wink.gif: Lol.
Please check it out anyway. :smile.gif:
Thanks for bringing this texture pack back up. This is my favorite pack.
Figured I'd try my hand at armor today... had a bit of an iffy start, but I think I'm getting the hang of working in 64x. Here's a quick preview:
Also, because it didn't feel right teasing you guys with a second unfinished texture preview in a row and nothing you could actually use, here's a glass alt:
Wow! I love you're textures, they look really great and have the "Ovo feel" :wink.gif:
By the way, the leather armour looks more like Link from Zelda and I'd love to have a full set of Link armour (I'm having a link skin right now) ^^
