I found a bug in the Texture Pack. The filename of the flower Tulip (Red) is wrong. In the TP it`s "flower_red_tulip.png" but the correct filename is "flower_tulip_red.png".And btw here are 3 flowers: Tulip orange, white and pink. I only recolored the red one. But it looks really nice.
Edit: And here is a Screenshot:
Nice! Yeah, I'd asked if I should only recolor, or if I should follow Default and make each tulip have a different set of leaves. No one responded so I didn't bother to posts recolors yet. Not saying we can't use yours, We'll use yours .....so that I can be a lazy bum and not bother to upload mine.
But if people want differing leaves per tulip, then I might post new ones. Dunno. I'll really only bother with it if there's interest. *shrug*

I think I finally have something for double grass that's a good blend between the wheat textures, tall grass, and field grass while keeping with the overall feel of the resource pack:
and it doesn't look too bad in hand either:
Setting this aside for feedback while I ponder possibilities for podzol... side note - I'm glad it's Friday
You can use it freely, but if your using textures from this pack for another pack and posting it, or using it on a server then you need to ask.
The only possible way I would use it aside from my own personal use would be if I ever decide to use it in MC videos on youtube, in which case I would link the thread in my video descriptions. Not that I am likely to do that, but you never know, so would this be allowable?

One of our admins suggested to use the Ovo's Rustic pack on our Spigot servers and I agree. This texture pack looks amazing.
I would kindly like to ask permission to use this texture pack on our servers. As you can see in my signature we have several servers to play on. We're currently working on a new server which will integrate several of the current servers and I would like to use the texture pack there.

Sorry, I was meant to reply but forgot. i would actually like a difference in the tulips. But it only has to be minor? Maybe one has slightly different leaves and maybe (if possible) another one slightly different blossoms. So each flower has a slight difference (other than just the color of the blossom). Do you think that's possible or a bit too much work (too greedy?).
What I was thinking was just different ways for the leaves to be drawn. Tulips are for the most part rather.... generic when it comes to the flower part (Unless you get the fancy serrated or scalloped edged ones, but those are genetically bred for it).
Edit:
I'm trying a very poor attempt at horse texture.. but does anyone know what dimensions the file should be?
Does this pack support connected textures? I have mcpatcher and ctm mod, and connected textures on glass work with other packs, but on this one it doesn't. And I really hate the look of it without connected textures.

Its under mod support, to lower the size of the pack, if you want it you just need to transfer the files

I've been attempting to map out the specific areas within the horse texture. If the other 64x texture packs I've been looking at for size reference are to be believed, the dimensions are 512px x 512px with 96 px/in. Seems a little big in comparison to the current cow texture even if it only uses the top half of the canvas. Haven't tested any of my own yet - but I'll work with you on trying to get them done. What color are you attempting first?
I have requests for some mod supports. One is called Doggy Talents
I love your wolves, but I get down, when I lose those beautiful wolves when I tame them with training treats.

Technically I'm not starting with a specific one, however this could be used for Grey. What I'm thinking of doing is building a colorless texture base first. That way I can modify the color afterward.
The other hard part is, yes, figuring out what block of texture on the sheet corresponds to what on the model (and orientation). @[email protected]

The texture base is a great idea! While you're working on that I'll focus on finishing up the texture-to-model mapping in hopes that it will help in applying variation to the right spots.
Side note: I had created a superflat word in order to test out horse texture mapping and was surprised by these:
Forgotten I had changed hues to give them a bit more randomness. Textures are below if there's interest in adding them to CTM

I would suggest not using VSync, but instead using the FPS slider to limit to 70-80 fps, and vsync doesn't seem very optimized for texturepacks atm

Remember, extras can always be used as CTM
