Hello guys. A few more textures for you! I made two versions of magma cream (both for the smoother version of my new slimeballs, will make the rougher versions if anybody wants them). I also took a shot at making that "dusty" slimeball (no magma cream for it yet). What do you think of them?

Rounded them out a bit, I think it looks nicer that way. Still, great work. Looking forward to a "dusty" version of the magma cream as well, that slimeball seems to suit the look of the pack a bit more.
I also noticed that about the redstone though... the problem is that the images, regardless of resolution, just shouldn't have alpha transparencies. They flatten out, usually to a lighter colour, and end up looking chunky like badly cut out gifs from ages past. Take the edges of my own slime ball for example...looks rather sharp as a graphic but they work great in game because of the clean pixel edge. The redstone just needs to be cleaned up a bit.
Yeah, I noticed that too. So I removed the transparency.

(By the way, I'm pinky5451. The problem was that I actually misspelled my own name. It's supposed to be pinky4341, the same as my Minecraft username. So all of my new textures will be posted on this one.)

Pinky...you didn't need to make a new account, if you were to PM a mod, you could have them rename the one you've been using more, well, with a new display name anyhow. It's perfectly possible. :3
I like the new iron bars, gold bars and diamonds, very unusual and an interesting twist seeing them so unrefined. I will never get used to the diamonds being cyan though.

Also, I changed up the endstone, changed the contrast a bit and smoothed it out a little more, Still need to work on smoothing up the edges. I played with it in-game and its not too bad for right now.
To anyone using the latest snapshot, have you noticed the bubbles from jumping in the water and the rain drops after they bounce off the ground are very blue?
They used to be closer to a gray blue. Wahappen? D:

Also, thanks for the feedback on the ores. I'm still adjusting the colors to make them match the raw ores though. And I will be giving an alternate download for the gold to look more like bars (like the iron).

Pinky: Gotcha... just hope that multiple accounts isn't seriously against the forum rules here. I don't know for sure...elsewhere I know it can be. I just had them change my display name, didn't want to lose my post count or anything, anyhow. I guess it just depends on how you see it personally.
The blaze powder edit looks a fair deal better, by the way. I like it. :3

My understanding of that particular feature on the patcher is admittedly quite limited; I've got a very basic custom underwater color (a random pixel taken from the custom water animation) in my game at the moment, not really sure if there's a better way of going about it though. I'm a bit hesitant to try the other features, since I'm not sure how Ovo would have wanted the different biomes to look if he'd had the ability to customize all the colors while making the pack... I'm using Misa's sky and fog colors right now, and they look nice enough, but I'm sure we could do something more fitting at some point.

Forest and jungle biomes with a blue sky, cold biomes with a grayish sky, swamp with a kind of green sky, and hot biomes with a yellowish sky?
I'm fine with how it is at the moment though. Day time with sun, blue sky. Storm, gray sky. Night, dark sky :tongue.gif:

Ok, so I scraped the Vault in the OP and moved to a download'able version of it, I will update it every week or so just like I did with the spoiler-organised one.
Also, there seams to be a problem with multisensory's clay brick edit....I cant get it into photoshop....it says something about an invalid image marker.
OMGOSH! I love this pack! ME GUSTA! Can't wait till its done.
Also, I could try my hand at a texture (not sure what)... but I am SO BAD at it.
So, I might give make like a basic shape and colour then have someone else finish it.
Give me a texture to work on and I'll try to start it. :biggrin.gif:
