I love this texturepack, I just don't know where to go to report bugs but I thought I can do so here. So here's what I've noticed, and this is only with things I've tested. Watermelon slices have some random floating texture when you hold it, as well as most weapons such as pick axes and axes. They have some floating texture that's separate from the initial item. I'll still use the texturepack, I just hope you go through all items to make sure none of the floating texture remains in the next update of this texturepack. Thanks for listening.
Example:
this is caused by enabling things on your video card that minecraft doesn't support, if you can return your video card settings back to default. Minecraft dose not like anti-aliasing or anything of the sort and tends to cause these errors. i tried enabling it on my card to see if it made an improvement but it cause this same problem. so its not the pack but the game itself, or your video card settings.
the thing with the watermelon, is a miss aligned texture tho
On a side not i wonder if separating all the textures will help prevent problems like that and enable us to use AA and other enhancements.
I hate to be negative, especially since I really appreciate the work the community puts into keeping Ovo's pack going, but the latest changes to the action bar and inventory framing is just fugly and is jarringly out-of-place with the look and feel of Ovo's pack. What was broken about the previous (and legacy) minimalist feel that the team felt needed to be "fixed"?
Not trying to be a jerk here, but to provide you some feedback. It's bad enough that my kids swapped back to the default textures and I'm browsing other texture packs again (something I haven't done since 1.2.5).

Just our opinions, of course.
if you go into the image vault, to the gui folder, then "default opaque ui" folder you can get back the old UI, you just need to put it in the pack yourself make sure to look at all the images, because some are alternatives you may or may not like.

Thanks! I've never played in the texture ZIPs before, so this will be new, but you gave me a very mice starting point and great advice.
I have, its pretty cool how it works. but i think it may cause some problems with organization because of all the separate files everywhere. but it will be easier for people who don't have Photoshop or GIMP, because you don't have to edit one big file anymore, just drag and drop the individual textures
Any hope of having the customizer updated before 1.5 comes out? I realize that this could be a bit pointless with the new texture format coming out, but I would love to switch a few textures around without the hassle of editing the terrain.png. (I'm lazy )

I'm having the same issue with the floating pixels in front of any of the items I am holding. Are you by chance on a mac?

Great Texture Pack! For the textures I give you a 5/5
But I have some display issues with items, not blocks. Most of the items have floating black pixels around them and I know you can use Photoshop to remove them in a hour. The second problem is that 3D Items are looking broken too, not the face but the edges. I have a screenshot to prove all above, and yes I use OptiFine HD A2 Ultrafor Minecraft 1.4.6 and have around 500 FPS. 365 FPS is a small number among the bigger ones I have daily!
this is most likely caused by misaligned pixels in the items.png, not a problem to fix, i should be able to get it done in a cupple min!
Edit: Fixed it up, just drop the items.png into the GUI folder in the texture pack zip and all should be good
Also, Apachy i gave a grid that i use to align up the items in the items.png that you could use. they key is that every line is 2 pixels wide, but the item can only overlap at most 1 pixel (screenshot below)
If you have something like "NVIDIA control panel" or ATI's "catalyst control center" you can open those and set your card settings to default somewhere in there.
I want to download this texture pack NOW. It looks so amazing and so realistic. If someone would tell me how to download it that would be great! I've been wanting to download this pack for so long. It will look great with the medieval city that I'm building!
Didn't work for me either (replacing the items.png in the .zip file).

Would you mind expanding on this, giving us screenshots on how to fix this issue?
ALMIGHTY THEN! I found what i did wrong and fixed it, heres another working items.png (i tested it in game and all seems fine)
Also, to make it a little easier for people to make the change:
0. Make sure the image file you download is indeed called items.png (change the name when you download it)
1. Locate and open the texture pack zip with winzip, winrar or 7zip, whichever you have
2. Open the sub-folder in the zip called "gui"
3. Drag and drop the new items.png into the gui folder, and your all done.
I'd heard there were some controversy over how the "Damage" on the anvil looked. One had it cracked (and other protested that anvils don't crack), while another wanted to show how the anvil gets really shiny from all the dings and dents put in by the hammer (But others protested that it looked like a white blob). I tried a variation:
Ornate:
Plain:
Let me know what you guys think, because I haven't updated yet (the server I'm admin on is dependent on CraftBukkit and WorldGuard so updates are scarce.)

I like the plain one more but you should show more of a crack from the first to the second, and then a larger one or many smaller ones in the second to the third. That's just my input.

Good day to you, sir or madam!
About 5 hours before this post.

Also we cant update the customizer because it in itself os not readdy for 1.5
yea, but its not that bad, go try it out id doesn't over wright the old file, it just makes a new one that has been reworked.
I'm having the same issue with the floating pixels in front of any of the items I am holding. Are you by chance on a mac?
For example, the pickaxe has a small gray dot at the end of the picks blade that is floating.
So how do you fix this problem?
Nope, I'm on PC.
