INFORMATION:
This pack is intended for building in creative mode. It is NOT suggested for use in survival mode, as many blocks do not look like their Minecraft counterparts. Alternate textures and a customizer are high on my priority list though, so you may be able to customize it for survival in the future. But for now it will be best for creating sci-fi structures!
I wish I could do that! Maybe a mod could, but yes as I posted under the screens in the OP, they are edited afterwards in Photoshop. I can provide the originals if people want to see them, or at least the terrain.png.

Your texture is good but not enough for a full game(a lot of invisible blocks).
I will likely complete the missing textures this week. Any suggestions for them are welcome as well.
The pack isn't that good for use in survival mode though, and in it's current state it's complete enough for creative building.
I know these won't be much of use to you, as this is more or a creative mode-esque pack, but I see potential in it as a sort of, stranded on an alien planet with future technology pack. Best wishes and congratulations.
Update released. Added custom water, lava, and fire. And replaced the missing textures. Anything that doesn't have a texture (i.e. torches) are meant to be that way. I will add alternate textures for those at some point though.
