Okay due to the evenness of the ore shapes poll, I have decided to make a Customizer, but you'll be able to download it normal aswell (if its too much effort for you)
That is actually a good smooth texture pack. The wooden planks could be better though.

More Details in the ores like some indents or something to make the ores stand out
Have the dark wood maybe look a little bit less indented.

Edit: Also the grass looks a little too diagonal. It is ok, but you know exactly where the lines are. Maybe you can smoth them out.
