This is my first Minecraft texture pack. I thought of making a simple texture pack that looks more like the default Minecraft textures. This is currently a work in progress. Here are some pictures:
MS Paint much? No offense, but this is pathetically poor. Try something that's both in-depth and simple, such as reducing the size of the textures or making them stick to the original colors. But solid colors are just annoying, and truthfully crappy looking.

It's okay, but not great. NEVER use MS Paint for anything other than attempting to make something that looks great. You'll have better success in paint.NET.

Pro tip: Don't just block fill it with a single colour. You need to add highlights, shadows, etc for it to look decent. Keep working on it.
