This texture pack takes away the blur all over your screen that usually appears when wearing a pumpkin, so now you can feel protected from those pesky endermen and yet enjoy Minecraft. Since only one file was changed, it is compatable with every version (as long as it includes the ability to wear pumpkins on your head, of course). Although I do not believe a screenshot would be required for something like this, I have included one because there was a must-read post that said I had to:

...Yes, this can be done in a very short amount of time by changing a picture in minecraft.jar, but not everyone is willing to download 7zip and paint.net JUST SO they can do away with the pumpkin blur, and then have to do it all again EVERY TIME Minecraft updates. By making it into a texture pack, it allows a wider range of people to enjoy the absence of pumpkin blur and it also takes care of all the future versions of Minecraft you may download, as long as the pumpkin blur file is still in the same directory and still has the same name, which I doubt would NOT be the case unless you downloaded a particular mod, or Mojang decides to put it in a different folder.
