Hey u want to know something? This is my first texture pack EVER, so dont hate it cause it isnt good. I have never done a texture pack before so its obviously not gonna be the best.
I dont mean it as its bad but its not the best. i just didnt want to put it in 2 sentences, 1 word is good enough.
I really like it.
If I liked something that looked this bad, I would probably kill myself. If its your first texture pack, Don't Upload It!! It'll look bad if its your first, so experiment with s before you post something that's bad.

:tongue.gif: i did like 40 tries on different things and this one just came to mind and this was the only one i would want to upload cause its the best out of all the others i tried.
No thanks. This isn't very good, to be honest, all you did was add a single solid colour to the ores, and change the actual ore to black. Thus making it look worse than the default.

Its mainly meant to be a "stick out" ore, making it noticeable so u dont miss it. Its also meant to be "Clean". aka the main color and black
I do wish people would put more work into texture packs before releasing them =/

Ok this was my FIRST texture pack releas and i wanted it to be a simple one... I didnt use the fill tool either, i use the pencil for the whole thing. I didnt take 5 min either it to about 15. thats long enough for a simple one. So dont be a douch and say it doesnt look good.

We aren't being douches, we are being honest. And if you used the pencil tool for the whole thing, then that's your own fault: the bucket tool would have produced the same effect in a second (NOT that I am encouraging it.)
Also, if it's your first texture pack, why would you release it? You only release a texture if it's good, and if you know people will use it. Go check out some tutorials and learn some techniques, then make a decent texture.
Saying it's your 'first texture pack' is really no excuse for no effort.
EDIT: No, 15 minutes is not enough for a good simple texture; it's enough for a horrible one.
I don't think that slightly modified ores can be considered as "texturepack".
If you decided to do something, you must do it well, otherwise don't do it at all.

You are welcome to change the textures...AS LONG AS I GET CREDIT FOR THE ORES!

But... they need a super smooth pack to go with them, and I don't really have one I like. :tongue.gif:
