I made myself a texture pack. It removes shading from all blocks and items and just makes their colors more solid.
WARNING:
After using this texture pack for a while, the default minecraft textures will appear to be VERY contrasting because your eeyes will not be used to the contrast. It will look REALLY ugly. Trust me on this.
