I'm looking to make a texture pack for 1.0.0 and unforitatly the HD texture patcher doesn't like people who want to do this. it only adds mods. i don't see any options for HD textures other than that tick box. i opened the minecraft.jar and got all the textures and increased them to the size i wanted. but when i went to zip it up and test to see if it even worked. there was no way to patch the old one with this one.

lots have changed in the last few updates for minecraft and making textures is complected different. any good tutorials on how to make texture packs for 1.0.0?

as a zip file right? i did that but they wouldn't even show up in the list

anyone? common i'm shore there is something i have the textures @ 128x128 and in a zip folder. i used the HD patcher with an un-modded minecraft.jar and put the zip in the textures folder for minecraft and still nothing

managed to get it to show up. turns out it wasn't a zip. however i cannot select it.
