I believe some of those textures (water, laval) are stolen. Minecraft4Kids I also believe took some textures from the original LoZ Wind Waker Texture Pack. I would say remove it and get rid of those textures... Just a warning.
Also, the stone and cobblestone is really reminiscent to ours, it looks like you just outlined the cracks, and blurred it. Oh, and the leaves are from our Aether section of the texture pack.
Also, those wooden planks are a distorted version of ours.

The Cobble is Genuine from ME [I'll try to make it different from yours but keep the same colors]

And yet, the "old" version is still on adfly... this is illegal You can not make money off of other peoples work UNLESS you have permission from them. I will report you if you do not remove this texture pack, you did not get this OK'ed from us and it is clearly stated HERE, and on our thread that you must get OUR permission.
