Trying to find specific texture pack.

I recently stumbled upon the above video.
I realize that it is quite old and I may not be able to find this pack.

I know the video says that it is Fredens Cartoon pack (which I have installed now.) but I have to say that it really does not look like that at all. Am I missing something here? Is this an available texture pack?
