Hmm, I think the textures are a little too vivid and bright, and personally are unpleasant to look at D=
Though, the changes in the tools is a good thing =) Keep working on it and maybe you can get the look you are going for without it being too neon, haha <3

But on topic, as most people have said, the neon colours are... well, really bright. Plus they don't really suit what they're displaying. A blue tree? Why not do a more neon red/brown colour, which can actually be associated with appropriate tree colours.
