Redstone = copper, of course.
Half slabs could be CPUs
Doors could be transistors
Bedrock = green block with the same texture ( circuit board w/o circuits)
Cobweb = dust bunny?
Torch = LED, white or green
Redstone torch = red LED
And if you made it a hi-res texure pack you could make the paintings the logos of verious companies: nVidia, Intel, AMD, ATI, Apple, etc...

I like the idea of the computer logos and transistor doors, but what would be the difference between wooden and iron?
