Actually, there's lots of simplecrafts out there so it doesn't belong to 1 person.

Open up GIMP, Filters>Noise>HSV Noise = A little better and a bit more detailed. This is my poersonal opinion, but I can't stand packs that take 5 minuites to make and are simple.
