I am on a laptop. I play the game with a 64X64 texture and use a minimap mod, and never even get lag spikes (use Java 7 and maximize your allocation). There are some powerful laptops out there, I always call shenanigans on that excuse.

Thanks, I was running out of creative ways to say it.
Anyway, if your laptop is that fail, open up your terrain.png and take a screenshot of that. Use a program or prntscrn.
Oh, and fix your title. It should be [xresolution][minecraft version]name.
