You need to upload it to Imageshack or something, then copy the URL of the image and click the little Image button on the forum editor.

People don't like downloading things if there's no pictures, that includes downloading the "screenshots".
Usually image hosts will give you the IMG code already prepared and ready to go, so if it does, just copy and paste that into your thread.
