Here is a quick texture pack I made using Gimp 2. Not all blocks are changed but a good few of them are. Once I figure out how to add my own pictures I will add them but for now you can test it out anyways.
You mainly just scribbled over the default textures, it doesn't look very good at all. I understand that you are going form a 'random' theme, but you could at least do it well, rather than scribbles.
Try looking at some tutorials and whatnot, I'm sure with some work you could make a great texture :3
This will probably get a lot of negativity (as it already is) and might possibly be locked.
You said you spent only an hour on it, it's not worth releasing since it's just a bunch of scribbles and basically the default texture.
I understand you were trying to go for a random theme, but there's a lot more potential to the word "random" than just scribbles and recolors.
TL;DR: put work in your texture pack before you release it. Even if it's going for a "random" theme.
Just to let you all know all this was intended. I am going to put effort into it and over the next week or two work on a nice texture pack changing even the armor. My friend was at my house so I just wanted post up my very first texture pack. That is all.

Here is a video of the texture pack made by Me.
You can download it for 1.0.0 here
Edit: nevermind.
If you are talking about the youtube one I fixed it. The Mediafire one should work though.

Yeah hence the name. I only spent an hour on this...
Lol ok. Not like I could do better...
(I could if I drew it by hand though.)
