(i oly want change this,and not use an texture pack)

PainterlyPack.net has the texture you're looking for. I'm sure there are others somewhere, just look around.

And this belongs in the requests section I believe.

Just find a transparent backround image of a lighter and scale it down to 16x16px. It isn't that hard.

I don't like packs,i like minecraft default texture!

You can cut the Painterly Pack Flint and Steel and paste over the default texture. Should fix everything.
