a texture pack I created in a week, its not much and yes it does need improvement, which is why I've added the poll above, im not completely satisfied with the texture pack and I need some ideas
Note: yes i know its a simple texture pack, but thats what i was going for, this texture pack was meant for pixel art building, also there is stuff that i dont include in the pics, such as the sun and the moon, the next step im gonna work on is the mobs
Looks like a cartoon :smile.gif: Though you still need some changes, for example, the bedrock. It looks like it hasn't been modified. Also, I've noticed the trees, they haven't been modified ( edit: Barely modified ) either. It's simple, I like it. Keep working on it :biggrin.gif:
No offence but this pack is pretty terrible. Everything I see is a solid color.
no offense to you, but I've looked over some of YOUR content and its nothing too great either, remember i finished this in a week, and its my first texture pack, and instead of going around telling other people how bad their texture pack is, why don't you make your own texture pack
Also, to everyone out there you can go watch youtubers by the names of AntVenom, Captainsparklez, etc and they all have at least one video on how to make a texture pack (maybe)
This is just too simple for me. We already have loads of simple packs, and another one, BASED OFF THE DEFAULT was not really needed. You just kept the same design, and then degenerated it to a solid colour.
You can't take on a single bit of criticism. Learn to accept it. There is no shading at all in your textures which makes them have no depth. Look at my first texture pack, not the better-default one though. You'll see that I at the very least tried adding shading, and I got mine done in 2 weeks time.
i can take criticism but when its not productive then its dumb, see what you said was good you just suggested that i try shading even though i dont want to, he just said " your texture pack is terrible" i mean honestly how long did it take him to think of that, i want criticism that helps, not criticism that puts down my self-esteem
