I'm Sorry if anybody already said any of these, or if you've confirmed the in the texture pack, but:
Soulsand is Chocolate
Mushrooms or Torches are Lollipops
Glowstone (or glass) as Rock Candy (I know someone already suggested glowstone as rock candy)
As I know some people said earlier, Lava could be Molten Caramel or Chocolate
Eggs could be easter eggs
Redstone (or glowstone) dust could be Sugar
CHICKENS COULD BE PEEPS :biggrin.gif: (or those Easter Chocolate Chickens)
Snow Golems could be an ice cream body with a gummy head
End Stone could be Sugar Cubes or blocks
The Enderdragon could be an evil toothbrush or dentist!
I might add some more later onOh ya, and Sandstone could be white chocolate and ender pearls skittles

I can't wait for this texture to be finished. It looks... Sweet =D

Haha I really like those ideas, thanks everybody! Here is where I am thinking things are going.

Based on the popular requests here's what I will start by adding -
-Gingerbread man zombie
-Sand will be sugar, and sand stone will be sugar cubes.
-Reeds will be pixisticks.
-Chickens will definitely be peeps!! :biggrin.gif:
-Eggs will naturally be easter eggs, coming out of peeps.
-Spiders will be gummy spiders.
-Redstone will be black and red licorice.
-Mushrooms will be lolipops.
-Endstone will be white chocolate.

I will add these things, and then make sure that every really common block has a special texture so that just by looking at it, everything is at least a uniform Candy Land, and then I will make the first small release!

What needs to be added most before that is something for trees and leaves. They are everywhere and just look wrong in Candy Land. The thing about trees is their logs are the only source of wood, which is the basis of almost everything in the game. So whatever I change logs to, I have to change planks, sticks, tools, crafting benches, etc. to... any ideas? I guess it is just a texture pack and not a mod, so things don't really have to make total sense, right?

Oh, and I'm fixing coal because it looks terrible.

Here are some suggestions for leaves and wood:
Leaves:
Dippin Dots
Skittles
Starburst
Pop rocks (if that's what they're called)
Logs:
Birch trees could be white chocolate
Trees could be big lollipops
Maybe logs could be a block of reeses? (the outside is chocolate and the inside is peanut butter)
Logs could also be gingerbread (although there are going to be gingerbread zombies)
and PLEEEEEEAAAASE PLEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASSSSSEEEEEEE

sorry, i don't know what just came over me, but ya, I would really appreciate if you used white chocolate somwhere in the texture pack (maybe end stone?)

Creepers could maybe be easter bunnies, chocolate creepers, or pop rocks? (like I know I said earlier)
Birch logs could be white chocolate, Pine logs dark chocolate, and maybe normal logs could be normal chocolate? (although it is already stone)

Again, use www.minecraftcustomizer.net. Also, the idea of sand being sugar is brilliant.
Also, I did suggest trees to be cotton candy. It would fit nicely.
Also, we need a gingerbread block. Suggestions, anyone?

Yes indeed that is a lot of alsos! Gingerbread definitely must fit in somewhere. Thank you for all the tree ideas! I will create them and trees can be a suprise :smile.gif:

Yes trees are tough, and I have no idea how to change the color of birch or pine, but regular leaves are looking yummy.

I've been looking into getting a texture pack that looks good that I like and I stumbled onto this texture pack that your making here and I say I like how it looks so far. Do you by any chance have a download of it so I could download and try it out if you don't mind, but if your busy I could wait until you get it completely done.

Though if you do a download link of it somewhere I would say that you could do updates on it for when you have major updates and so on.

So I have been making some good additions and I have awesome lilypad pancakes, but minecraft turns them green by default. Does anyone know how to fix this?
