I am currently in the making of a texture pack and got stuck on making water. I made the texture i wanted for the water, but i cant seem to make it transparent. Can someone please tell me what i need to do to make it transparent.
1. Pull down the File menu.
2. Pick "new."
3. Click the "+" sign next to "Advanced Options."
4. Select "Transparency" from the "Fill with:" menu.
5. Click "OK."
I've never used GIMP. But it's amazing what you can do with google.
Btw: I am using GIMP 2.6
