This is a Texture Pack I have put a lot of time and effort into, and it is a Work in Progress. It started out as a 16x16 pack, but I found it really hard editing items, then I decided, hey, lets do HD items! And so I started making them into HD. While doing so, I figured out I didn't like the idea of having only the items HD, so I'm also working on making blocks HD now. 32x32.
I HAVE NOT BEEN EDITING IT FOR A FEW MONTHS, AND I DON'T KNOW WHEN I'M GOING TO KEEP ON EDITING. I DID UPDATE A LOT AFTER THE LAST UPDATE, SO I MIGHT UPLOAD IT SOON. IF YOU REALLY WANT ME TO WORK ON IT, YOU SHOULD TELL ME IN THE COMMENTS!
Download the .zip file, don't extract. Then place it in the following folder:
-Windows: %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft/texturepacks
-Linux: ~/.minecraft/texturepacks
-Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/texturepacks
Grasscolour is a nice green colour. But it doesn't affect the swamp biome.

Moved Diamond Gem to be more in-center. Its off-center in default, and I didn't realise untill a few days ago.

-4.2; Retextured rotten flesh, egg, diamond, arrow (temporary), leather, bone, gunpowder, bread and cooked and raw chicken.
All pickaxe's now have a HD texture.
Minor changes to bed and signs (held in inventory texture)
-v4.1; Re-Textured all swords, raw porkchop and beef, cooked porkchop and beef, changed eye of ender and enderpearl. All into HD.
-v4; Made stone, dirt, grass and netherrack textures. Changed all ores, except diamond. Made a torch texture. Made textures for all wool. Made mushrooms taller. Smaller changes to logs.
-v3.2; Added Enderman and Zombie textures that I forgot adding after upgrading to 1.0.0 from Beta 1.8.1.
-v3.1; Fixed torch texture glitch.
-v3; First upload.
It looks really good.
But, the stone texture actually doesn't tile at all there looks like there are little lines between each block, unless thats what you were going for.
