Well it's Quake 1 textures, mostly Base (First level). I'm trying to work in stone and brick with the new 1.9 tileset but I have run into a spot of trouble. Currently Wood Planks are set to a yellowish studded iron for beams, pillars and supports. However when used online in a regular map, buildings made with this material look really ugly :sad.gif:.
I am trying out a secondary tileset that would be for online play, one which matches the default materials better, but of course then it would not work with most Quake 1 replicas (as the preview maps are).
Left = Old style
So my question for those interested is this: Should I create 2 versions, one each for Offline and Online play, or stick with a single tileset which incorporates a general selection of textures based on the default MC collection?
