The face-pants zombies are because of using optifine instead of MCpatcher. MCpatcher has a built in fix for when mojang broke zombies, optifine does not, and the mods are incompatible.
I dunno but i expirenced the same problem with outdated packs and they come in all different resaultions the way to fix it is simple they just doubled the zombie png height and left the bottom space empty so alot of people have been updating that really quickly
They work fine with my Optifine. They only break for me when I change my texture pack to something else while in-game, but a restart fixes that for me.

The things I think need prioritized are lacking zombie villagers (I get a horde of zombies and one green squidward), the broken zombie textures (face-pants!), and the fact all the potions look exactly the same. Splash, regular, all the exact same color and bottle appearance.
Please put those ahead of little things like CTM bookshelves. >.<
But please, please fix the zombies, already tried everything you sugested here with the same results. Is not the mc patcher.
I asume is the change you mantioned the png new format. So it's up to you to fix it, isn't it? or if we can do it somehow let us know.

Santiago3, your texture pack along with hypixel's professional adventure map, has inspired me to start working on my own adventure map. Sadly because of my PC, I won't ever be able to add mods and such, yet I will try my best. Any hint on when the texture pack will be updated?

thats from Dragon ball z it was a really old meme where i believe it was Veggata saying goku was over 9000 (im a little fuzzy on my DBZ so sorry if i got the wrong characters)
