Yum, cornbread. This is by far one of the best texture packs I have ever seen, and I've seen quite a few texture packs in my time. Keep up the amazing work!
So...in short. Love the pack, hate the name. The name has actually kept me from looking at this thread for some time now. "Extremely Nigh" seems redundant. Something like Eminent Armageddon or Rapture would sound better.
Just out of curiosity what all have you worked on professionally? You style is excellent.
A can of tomato soup sounds like a good idea- until you look at the shape of the cake. Cans aren't usually that shape. Also, what would you do when it's half gone? Tomato cornbread is a great idea.
I'll be back to work on this this weekend! Hopefully I can knock out the majority of lingering textures and get it into y'all's hands ASAP!
I do not care how long time it takes for you to release it, but I'll tell you one thing; people would kill to get their hands on this texture pack. No, I keed. Seriously though, I don't usually like texture packs higher than 16x, but I might just try this one. It's originality with the "future" style is very inspiring indeed, with the care packages, barb-wired blocks etc. Not only that, but you have decided to add things that are more old fashioned, for instance the wall decor, lapiz lazuli block, TNT present, which allows us to be even more creative and decorate our homes the way we want it to be.
I look forward to follow this thread and texture pack till it's very release.

I both love it and don't. On one hand it is redundant, on the other hand, it's redundancy is part of it's charm.

Retired StaffI work at a major studio, but I'll just let that be a part of my mystique!
As for the name, it's in reference to a scene in the movie "28 Days Later." If you get it, you get it, if not, oh well!
I'll be able to work on more of the terrain.png this weekend. Hopefully I can begin to wrap up the very last of it very soon! 16 textures left!
Was thinking about that last night...
Might make some tomato-y bits in there like sun-dried tomatoes?
Ah, well, obviously I did not get it. If it is a reference then by all means keep it. :smile.gif:
oh,
darn
its not up for download yet. D:

We all will, probably. Me especially. Who wouldn't?
How about bruschetta?
