Changed it last night because I wanted you guys to be able to see his face! I like how the eyes turned out :DOh hey, btw! If anyone (Jerman perhaps??) wants to make a cube map for the TEiEN start screen, I'd love to replace the solid black I have currently. Thanks!!

I could probably whip up something awesome in short order! I've never done a panorama before, so I'll have to do some research to figure it out. Or I could make a map of a certain size (whatever works) and mediafire it to you. Hmmm.

I was figuring we could use part of your fancy map to make the BG cubemap.

Very cool! That would be ideal! There are enough different zones that we could do a handful of panoramas pretty easily.

I'm not finding very much documentation on how to make them though. Is it as simple as picking a spot and screencapping 360 degrees, then combining the images?

EDIT: Wait, nevermind. I found a mod that makes them. I'll install it and run off a handful tonight when I wake up again. We're winding down for the day here. If you want, I can run off a few for Extremely Vanilla too from the new map I'm working on.

Cocoa beans redone to be Coconuts. Because I like that idea better. That's why :P!


From left to right:

1. Gold "sword" to be handled by Nether Scientists (screenshots to come later)
2. Poison potato that you can dig up randomly is now a gopher. DON'T EAT GOPHERS! They're bad for you.
3. Pumpkin pie is now a health injection made from parts of the generator (pumpkin), eggs, and corn meal. The wonders of modern science!
4. Golden carrot is a golden onion.
5. Carrot is an onion.
6. Potatoes are now beets.
7. Cooked potatoes are now canned beets.

But what If I WANT to eat a gopher hhmmmh? Some Gopher and Beet stew? Who's to stop me?

Haha, thanks! Not sure how much I rule-- couldn't get nearly as much done as I thought I was going to.

Making these things turned out to be a big old pain in the butt. I tried to make a bunch, fine tuned a handful and only one actually worked with Minecraft due to some kind of data piggybacked on one of the images. Weird.

Anywho, I like how the one turned out. It's Newport, my favorite city from "Letters From A Dead Earth." It's for Nigh. Couldn't get any of the ones I made for Extremely Vanilla to work.

Excellent! Are you going to put it as part of the updated pack when you release the new version compatible with 1.4? I'd love to see it as part of the official release! That would be killer.

This is the absolute best texture pack I have ever used and ever expect to use; I can't wait to enjoy 1.4.2 and all your new additions!
