Check this Inverted Texture Pack which inverts the textures of everything except lava, fire, water, portals and probably some other stuff. I think saddles, too.

edit: im assuming all you did was invert terrain.png and items.png i wouldnt know for sure of course because "no pics no clicks"
Just so happens to be "No Pics, no Clicks" inverted.
