First off, read this.
You don't give enough information, no screenshots, nobody will download your TP because of this.

Taken from the Title Formatting, Tutorials and FAQ:

If you are making a thread for your texture pack, whether WIP or released, it must have at least one screenshot. If it doesn't, it will be locked. Also, do not accuse others of stealing your work without proof. Do not troll, flame, or spam in simple texture pack threads. If you don't like them, don't post. You will be warned otherwise.

*Resolution is the resolution of the textures;
*Minecraft Version is the version that the texture pack supports.
*Name is the name of the texture pack. If your texture pack has version numbers of its own, it goes here following the name.
*Misc is anything like WIP, Simple, or title comments.
