This texture pack was specifically designed to accommodate the hardcore redstone enthusiasts, and simple texture pack seekers alike. It makes the general necessities more clean and easy to work with. In addition it is especially made for our (Asdjke & Chillybeef's) redstone server. It contains intricate technical style blocks with helpful blocks for placing buttons & levers. It will prove useful to many due to it's simplistic nature.

Our pack includes numerous redstone friendly blocks such as:
Pumpkin ------------------ Clean orange glow
Mossy Smooth Stone ----- Perfect button placement
Cracked Smooth Stone --- Perfect lever placement

This looks like a very well made Texture pack, and without needing the HD Patcher, this would be very usefull, but i don't do much Redstone work, so i probably won't use it. But i would recommend it if you do :biggrin.gif:

Thanks for the kind words...We'll do all we can to optimize this as well as possible, so any suggestions pertaining to perhaps some tweaks we could make in order for it to become more appealing to the "general user" are welcome. :smile.gif:

So gonna use this. Srsly. Redstone = Awesome. Texture packs = Awesome. Redstone + Redstone texture pack = Epic win of awesome win and stuff
:biggrin.gif: We're glad people enjoy this texture pack! We thought a texture pack like this needed to be out there, especially when we started making crazy redstone stuff like Guess-Who, and our Fax Machine.
Sexy_boy is absolutely right. Texture packs like this and one that are the default textures with filters ran through them (Even if the... errm... 'creators' say otherwise) are taking over the forum. It's not saying much for you that all you had to do to create this 'redstone' pack was take all the detail out of existing textures. There is no difference between this and other extremely simple texture packs. There's nothing that makes this easier for making redstone creations than other simple packs. If you want to share this with your redstone group or whatever, by all means, but nobody, save a few people, wants to see this or will actually use it. Leave the forums to people who actually know what they're doing. Please.

So you're suggesting we should break the forum rules by posting this in the wrong forums to save people like you the trouble of a click of a mouse? Please, grow up. If you read the description AT ALL (which you should have, considering all the effort you put into your response) you would know that the textures are SPECIFICALLY for redstone engineering, and those who like simple texture packs. Furthermore, I'll have you know that BOTH asdjke and I made all of the edited texture by hand in photoshop; not a single form of automata was used...Congratulations for being part of a 2 person misguided group; I think I'll continue doing as I please, whilst you troll other texture packs...

ok I like your idea but it all looks too plain and this obviously isnt play-able (meaning you couldnt go on a SMP server and be able to easily see what everything is) but a very sound idea also like the TF2 references.

I suppose there aren't as many people as we thought that build insane redstone contraptions ^.^
I agree though, the garbage block retextures kind of hinder the overall appeal, but we thought it was necessary to redstone buffs to have.

Some may find this misleading; I guess it takes a redstone engineer.
