hello everyone i have been working on this fallout texture for some time and its still a work in progress but i would apriciate helpfull critisism or just some friendly comments
anyways heres some screenshots with the textures that ive edited

Everything should be plain, grey and not colorful at all.
Don't over do it to a point where it is black and white or barely any color.
The blocks shouldn't look like someone vomited on it, also.
Notice, in fallout 3 there isn't much grass, trees, or life to begin with.
